HEATEX FULLY AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC TORQUE CONTROLLED TUBE EXPANDING MACHINE

FULLY AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC TORQUE CONTROLLED TUBE EXPANDING MACHINE

This product is able to administer precise control over expanding operation by automatically responding to the Torque Load on the Tube Expander. The control unit cuts off the power supply to the expanding drives as soon as the motor current reaches to preset limit; after a set pause, the machine reverses to the original position. Resulting in uniform and precise expansion of all the tubes. Each tube is expanded with optimal grip. No over-rolling, distortion or damage and operates without any guesswork and human errors, which results in superior quality of work.
